London, October 19, 2026 – Ariel Re, a global reinsurance business, has appointed Tamsin Webster as Chief People Officer.
Tamsin brings over 20 years of global human resources leadership experience across financial services, technology and private equity-backed businesses. She joins Ariel Re from ECI Partners, where she served as Head of People, establishing the firm’s first internal HR function and strengthening its leadership succession planning.
Previously, Tamsin was Chief People Officer at Fulcrum Asset Management, where she led the expansion of the People function to support the firm’s growth. Her earlier career includes senior HR leadership roles at UBS, BlackRock and Lloyds Banking Group, alongside advising high-growth businesses on leadership, organisational design and culture.
