Our product offerings are focused on providing coverage which protects directors and officers against losses which are not indemnified by the corporation, commonly referred to as Side A coverage. Policies may be written on a primary, excess difference–in–conditions or Follow Form basis.

ArielRE will consider offering D&O/C.R. coverage on a selective basis subject to a pre–determined coinsurance provision.

We will continuously evaluate opportunities within the broadly defined professional liability area.
